One main foundation of art is based upon the colors, artists need colors to portray personality, meaning, and overall increase the attractiveness of one art piece. Artists also value using a biological environment to demonstrate the beauty in nature, and support initiatives to keep the earth healthy. This makes flowers an easy target for artists to develop and base their art on.
